First off it’s a 1994 Jeep Wrangler Sahara 4.0. It’s not pretty, but it’s not meant to be. There’s a lot to list on this one so here goes:
Starting off with the interior, the tub has been bed lined. Has a full family roll cage plus the addition of a Rock Hard rock cage around the front window, over the cab area and behind the front seats for harness mounts. It has Corbeau Baja RS seats with 5-point harnesses, a Cobra 19 DX IV CB radio in-dash and wired to the factory dash speakers, and a MTX MUDSYS31 Bluetooth soundbar mounted on the rear cage bars.
Has a pair of Viair continuous duty air compressors pushing 5.5 cu ft/min and 2 gallon air tank mounted behind driver’s seat/console. Has a black Grant 13” steering wheel.
In place of the rear seat, there is a SmittyBuilt secure storage box mounted to the rear seat/seat belt mounts and accessible via the tail gate. The heater controls have been removed and a lighted 6-switch control panel for lights and compressor installed in its place with 12v adapter and USB charging ports.
T-handled shifter has a TeraFlex trottle control attached allowing for fingertip throttle manipulation. Center console has been replaced with a Tuffy padded steel security console.
Mechanical: Rebuilt engine installed 8⁄18, including new water pump, thermostat, radiator, hoses, distributor, cap, fuel and air filters, rotor and plugs/wires. Motor was hydrolocked in 11⁄18 and replaced with a used 4.0 from a 2004 TJ that had been totaled by Olympic 4x4 in Snohomish. Engine had 85k miles on it at that point.
Front differential and ring gear rebuilt on 11⁄18 by Jamie’s Transmission in Snohomish. K&N FIPK air intake installed 12⁄18. All engine seals (head gasket, valve cover gasket, front and rear main seals) and front diff seals replaced 5⁄19. Front diff bearings and seals replaced 5⁄19 by Randy’s Ring and Pinion. Transmission full rebuild 6⁄19 by Jamie’s Transmission New ProComp shocks in rear 9⁄18. New 95 amp alternator installed 10⁄19. New Pro Comp shocks in front 11⁄19.
Leaf sprung with a 1.5” lift and 1” Daystar body lift. Has Ford rear differential/axle with a spool and 4:88 gears and a Riddler differential cover. New 1350 Diff flange, 1-ton UJoint and driveshaft in rear. Front is a Dana 30 with a spartan locker w/4:88 gears and a Riddler diff cover. Power steering has been upgraded to 1 ton power steering, with 2 steering stabilizer shocks (no death wobble can cruse at 60-65 no problem). The e-brake hardware was not installed with the Ford rear-end, so an electric Mico Brake was installed. Rear wheels have been upgraded to Disc brakes. Also has a Optima yellow top battery.
Exterior: Fully cloaked in Metal Cloak armor with 6” hi arched front fender flares, Metal Cloak sliders, 1⁄4” rear body armor and 6” Metal Cloak rear flares. Smittybuilt front stinger with new X2O 10k winch with synthetic rope. Smittybuilt XRC Gen1 rear bumper/tire carrier w/RockHard jerry can mount. 50” light bar over windshield, two LED spot lights on either side of front window, two more spot lights mounted above rear bumper. Rigid Truck-Lite 5x7 LED head lights, LED rear tail lights and LED side running lights all around. Hi-lift jack mounted on hood. 5x 35x12.50R15 BFGoodRich Mud Terrain AT tires (~50% tread) on 15x10 black Daytona rims
Has full bedlined factory hard top BesTop SuperTop soft top and OEM frame Safari top
Comes with full hard doors and tube half doors with 2 sets of mirrors. QuickFist clamps mounted to inside of tailgate for large tools (shovel, axe, crowbar, work light). New BesTop hood latches.
All maintenance records and after-market invoices are included. While it operates at highway speeds just fine, it’s not great for street due to the spooled rear axle, so this is not a good daily driver. Once it gets off road, it will go anywhere you point it.
Stock rear seat included if desired.
